Meet Rahul Karan Sharma
Rahul Karan Sharma has spent more than two decades inside the staffing industry—from recruiting and operations to business leadership and developing leaders across global teams.
His experience includes building and scaling recruiting teams, leading offshore recruiting operations, launching a new line of business, working with clients, and developing leaders across a global staffing organization. He has experienced firsthand what happens when a business grows faster than its leadership and systems.
The Staffing Truth grew from a simple belief: some of the most useful conversations in staffing are the ones we don’t have often enough.
